Located in the Campan valley, the Payolle resort is meant for those who love virgin snow. Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain skiing, 50 kms of trails drawn out in the forest and around the lake will allow you to discover a dream domain. Whether a cross-country skiing lover or a beginner, you'll be able at any time to glide at the peaceful rhythm of your skis surrounded by landscapes at the same time quiet and majestic. You can also try new sensations with a snowshoe hiking on the slopes of the Aspin pass. In Payolle, you'll even find a downhill skiing piste for beginners, with its own ski lift.

50 km of drawn and marked out trails including 4 loops - 1 Nordic itinerary 5 km - 4 marked out snowshoeing circuits - 1 pedestrian trail 2 km  - 1 initiation trail 2 km - beginner ski lift  (8 € per day price 2010-11).

For disabled person : direct access from car to snow , ticket office, all level trails – accommodation in the resort.

In the valley : rock climbing - Aya forest acrobatic course - Via Ferrata.
 Downhill skiing in Grand Tourmalet Barèges/La Mongie (at 15 kms) - snow motorbike. 
Fitness in Bagnères de Bigorre - indoor swimming pool - horse riding - disco - cinema.

Access

Winter caravanning park at 3 km.
Road : A64 from Toulouse exit n°14 Tournay, from Biarritz exit n°12 Tarbes Ouest, A65 from Bordeaux to Pau and A64 from Pau to tarbes exit 12 Tarbes Ouest.
Railway station: Bagnères de Bigorre - link SNCF shuttle.
Airport: Tarbes-Ossun-Lourdes at 25 km.
