At the foot of the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, the Tourmalet Barèges-La Mongie domain offers you the biggest skiing area in the French Pyrenees. Come and discover a two-sided resort : on the West end, you'll find Barèges with its traditional charm and the activities of a Pyrenean village, and on the East end, at the very heart of the ski domain, lays La Mongie with all the conveniences of a ski in, ski out resort, in a high mountain environment. As for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing amateurs, they will enjoy beautiful hiking on the Lienz plateau.

69 pistes - 43 lifts : 1 telecabin, 1 cabin lift, 13 chair lifts including 3 declutching 6-person ones, 26 ski lifts and 2 magic carpets, representing 32 km of lifts (flow : 45 000 skiers/hour) - 170 snow guns - 4 ski school - heated picnic room - 5 high-altitude restaurants - luge piste - 1 snowpark : boardercross, tables, big air, rails - For riders : 1500 m of difference in height at the Pic du Midi for a long and fabulous downhill glide- cross-country skiing : 14 km of trails in Barèges, 2 km in La Mongie.

Barèges:
4 car parks representing 1015 spots (1 indoor representing 100 spots). 1 winter caravanning park.
By road : A64 "la Pyrénéenne" way out Tarbes, N21 until Lourdes, direction Argelès-Gazost, then Luz saint Sauveur and D918.
Train station: Lourdes at 40 km - SNCF shuttle Lourdes-Barèges .
Airport: Tarbes/Lourdes/Pyrénées at 50 km.

La Mongie:
Car parks : 3300 spots.
Mobile home: 50 spots (with terminals in the campsite of Artigues).
Winter caravaning park : at 8 km , 100 parks - at 25 km (Bagnères) , 250 parks.
By road : A64 from Biarritz way out n°12 Tarbes-Ouest - from Toulouse way out n°14 Tournay.
Train station: Tarbes (train arrivals), then bus shuttle until Bagnères de Bigorre and la Mongie.
